After withering the freshly harvested leaves in the woods of Nara, they are not dried. Instead of this, they go through a steaming process like a Sencha. Finally, they are formed and dried like a Tamaryokucha.
Infuse it with quite hot water, nearly like you would infuse an Oolong, and a field of flowers will come out of your tea pot.
